Paul’s knowledge of building science has been gained throughout his time as an Accredited Home Inspector, Natural Resources Canada Certified Energy Advisor, Level One Thermographer, and Mold and Indoor Air Quality Investigator.

Through his experience and training Paul developed an understanding of the importance of reducing air leakage in homes to promote efficiency and health. However, many of the common methods used traditionally to deal with air sealing, are time consuming, cost prohibitive, or ineffective. It is for these reasons that he started Island AeroBarrier with the vision of making efficient, durable, and healthy homes affordable for everyone.
